Job Summary:

Position is responsible for the new development, build, configuration, delivery, and support of inpatient, ambulatory, and revenue management care delivery systems at the enterprise level (Epic, KP HealthConnect)


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the technical ownership of the care delivery (inpatient, outpatient) and revenue management modules within KP HealthConnect.
  • Responsible for the overall configuration, build and delivery for any new inpatient, outpatient and revenue management KP HealthConnect functionality throughout the product life cycle.
  • Responsible for supporting the development of product strategies in partnership with product teams by leading the technology roadmap.
  • Responsible to ensure architectural alignment of inpatient, outpatient and revenue management technology strategy with Enterprise Architecture
  • Drive adoption of the CDTS product model for the KPHC Clinical and Revenue mgmt. platform teams.
  • Responsible for delivering high quality solutions that are secure, reliable, maintainable and scalable for all inpatient, outpatient and revenue management KP Healthconnect systems.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience

  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of leading teams in clinical applications.
Education

  • Bachelor-s Degree required or four (4) years of experience leading major Epic Inpatient/Hospital, outpatient and revenue management implementations and support teams.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
  • N/A
Additional Requirements:

  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
  • Experience with complex large-scale applications required.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with complex interfaces between electronic health record and clinical ancillary systems preferred.
  • Existing relationships with regional KP HealthConnect leadership teams strongly preferred
