Location – 100% Remote, must live in any KP Region (California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia &/or Washington DC.

This department is responsible for the marketing and brand strategy for Kaiser Permanente. The National Marketing Team combines creativity, strategy, and collaboration to drive impactful campaigns that enhance our brand's reach and resonance. With expertise spanning brand stewardship, data insights, marketing operations, and audience engagement, the team transforms ideas into meaningful connections that build trust and inspire action. Their unified efforts empower sales teams, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and create campaigns that reflect our commitment to excellence. Together, we shape and share the story of Kaiser Permanente, advancing health and well-being across the communities we serve.
Project Description:
Marketing Values and Culture
This internship is designed to provide experience in team engagement and organizational development in National Marketing. The Intern will support the development and implementation of programs that touch on aspects of the business such as employee engagement, retention, and management of stakeholder relationships. We aim to have a work environment that motivates our employees to innovate, to drive to excellence, where they feel included and find joy in their work. This role will support that goal, and will also assist in gathering feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other channels to ensure the programs are successful
Key Responsibilities
Program Assessment and Development – Using insights form previous surveys, recommend plans in support of our modern marketing agenda to help empower team with learning orientation and growth mindset.
Reporting and measurement – pull together reports on progress asl plans are implemented and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
- Report development and analytics.
- Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
- Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
- Job shadowing in other functional areas.
- Performing additional duties as required.

- Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
