Project Description: Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of home care operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in data analytics, project management, and various business applications while contributing to meaningful projects that support key business objectives.
- Assist and contribute to assigned projects or initiatives, driving impactful outcomes
- Develop and apply project management skills, including planning, execution and performance measurements
- Analyze and develop reports to support data-driven decision making
- Participate in job shadowing opportunities access different functional areas to broaden understanding of home care
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team
Desired Majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administratio, Data Science, Public Relations and Communications, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Public Health.

- Curiosity & Initiative: Demonstrates eagerness to explore all aspects of healthcare and home care, proactively seeking opportunities to deepen understanding of the field and being a though partner
- Analytical Mindset: Willingness to learn and apply data analysis, process optimization, and solution forward ideas
- Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Responsible for contributing high level analytical support to a project or department requiring application of knowledge in marketing, information management, finance, management, economics or statistics.
- This position contributes to a full range of project components.
- Assigned to at least one project and expected to produce results and report out as a member of a project team.
- Organizes assigned project tasks, identifies and structures information collection activities, and sets timelines for completion of required tasks as directed.
- Develops tools to identify and to document best practices.
- Prepares various excel, word or PowerPoint reports, and works with access database software (or similar tool) to develop data extracts and management information reports.
- May be asked to produce graphic information using excel or PowerPoint or similar software.
- Contributes to development of management information and analysis conducted, provides recommendations and assists with preparation of formal presentations to communicate results to various management levels. Identifies alternative solutions to project issues.
- Contributes to development project plans to ensure timely deliverables and successful completion of project and demonstrates an understanding of various business intersections.
- Assists with identification and development of training information.

- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a MBA or other Masters level program with an accredited college or university.

- Ability to utilize at a working level Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/ Management Partnership environment.
- Knowledge of SQL or SAS highly desirable.
