2025 Summer Internship Program
Location:
This role is scheduled to be 100% remote. While remote, finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.
Desired Major:
Business Administration; Human Resources; Public Health; Healthcare Administration
Intern Project:
The intern will support the initiatives by leveraging the new technology to understand the user intent and provide insights. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in creating the measurement framework to monitor and analyze campaign performance and user behavior
- Collaborate with KPIT to set up tagging and tracking mechanisms across the sites to ensure accurate data collection
- Product regular reports to analyze the performance of campaigns, identify insights, and recommend opportunities for site improvements
- Analyze website data to identify key areas of improvement to enhance the user experience and conversion rates
- Support A/B testing initiatives for test setup, QA, reporting and analysis
- Assist in improving processes. Create documentation on measurement and metrics.
Department Description:
We, National Data, Insights and Engagement Strategy (NDIES) team, collect, analyze, derive insights, and execute campaigns and experiences on critical platforms we lead and manage on behalf of Marketing, National Health Plan, Markets, and Kaiser Permanente
Preferred skill set:
Experience with Web analytics (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics,
- Experience in website development such as WordPress, AEM, Squarespace, WIX, or similar
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and user journey improvement
- Proficient with organizing data collected from various sources
- Data validation, aggregation, and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Working knowledge with SQL, Python, R or other programming languages a plus
- A passion for problem-solving, strong curiosity and self-learner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
