Department Description:
Essential Functions:
• Assigned to at least one project and expected to produce results and report out as a member of a project team.
• Organizes assigned project tasks, identifies, and structures information collection activities, and sets timelines for completion of required tasks as directed.
• Develops tools to identify and to document best practices.
• Assists with identification and development of training information.
• Performing additional duties as required.
Internship Project/s:With a support of a project manager/lead, projects include outreach/in reach, quality improvement, human-centered design, motivational interviewing, training, workshop facilitation, wellness coaching, project management, and data analysis/synthesis. Other duties as assigned and in alignment with department needs. This position provides analytical support to a project or department. Under the guidance of a Project Manager/ Director, responsible for collecting and researching data, performing analysis, providing recommendations and presenting results.
Target Majors: Healthcare Administration; Public Health; Business Administration
Target Skills:Motivated self-starter, eager, Excel skills, detail oriented, process oriented, great communication and organization skills.

- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university program or recent graduate.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - excel, word, access and PowerPoint.
- Proficient with a variety of software applications.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Knowledge of Access and database experience desirable.
- Prior office experience also desirable.
- Work schedule is Mon - Fri, Sat as needed (start time varies 8:00 am - 10:30 am).
