How You Can Join Us:
Appointment/Registration Clerk
As the first point of contact for many patients, you’ll help schedule their appointments, transfer them to the correct department, and provide critical information to begin their care. This will involve receiving calls from members seeking care as well as reaching out to offer services provided by Kaiser Permanente.
Hospital Aide
Under indirect supervision of the Unit Supervisor, and under direction of licensed staff, you will perform a variety of non-professional patient care duties in an inpatient hospital. You will be responsible and accountable for a variety of assigned tasks.
Housekeeping
Now more than ever, a clean environment is important to the health of our patients, our teams, and our communities. Your skills will ensure that our facilities maximize sanitation no matter the setting — an operating room, an emergency room, or a medical office building.
Medical Assistants
Our medical assistants help our organization work smoothly and are valued members of the health care team. While completing administrative and clinical tasks, you’ll coordinate care for our members while making a difference in their outcomes. This could mean outreach to members, closing gaps in coverage, collecting patient history, or onboarding new members.
Mental Health (LCSW and Psychologist)
We’re seeking experienced psychiatric social workers to join us and deliver exceptional and quality care to our members. Treating individuals, groups, and families, you’ll work closely with psychiatric nurses, psychiatrists, and clinical administrators to determine the course of care. This is a great opportunity to work with different populations and experience a wide breadth of diagnoses.
Nursing (RN, LPN)
Our nurses are leaders, clinicians, researchers, innovators, and scientists. They’re also advancing the delivery of excellent, compassionate care for our members while boldly transforming care to improve the health of our communities and nation. Here, you’ll serve as a core team member, holistically advocating and facilitating healing, wellness, and dignified care.
Pharmacy (Tech and Pharmacist)
As part of our pharmacy team, you’ll collaborate with physicians to enhance patient care while using our integrated technology to improve the total health of each member you serve. This is a fast-paced environment where adaptability and flexibility are needed, as is a patient-centered approach. You’ll have opportunities for professional growth and development as well as great benefits.
Radiology/Imaging
One of the most important steps in health care is detection and prevention. As part of our radiology/imaging department, you will be part of the first line of defense in keeping our patients healthy. You’ll contribute in any number of specialties depending on your skills while utilizing the latest advances in medical imaging technologies to diagnose patients.
